1electricien provides electrical services in Quebec and Gatineau. Our services include residential, commercial, and industrial electrical solutions, installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency services.

Our services are provided based on the scope of work agreed upon with the client. Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to additional charges.

All quotes provided by 1electricien are valid for a specified period. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period for appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

1electricien adheres to industry safety standards and regulations. Clients must ensure the safety of our personnel during service provision.

We warrant our workmanship for a specified period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party interventions.

1electricien is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, associated with 1electricien remain our property.

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the provision of services confidential.

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, legal action may be pursued.

1electricien reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Quebec. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quebec.
